Credit Card Companies Offering Help at 59% interest

I saw this the other day and though I would take a second to clarify no thanks assholes. Specifically, First Premier Bank, in Sioux Falls… you guys suck balls. I would gladly pay another 10-15% in taxes if all I had to do was flash my little ‘medical card’ and get the coverage I needed. The horror stories that we get from regular people on a daily basis about medical issues and not being covered under insurance is the biggest failure of America.
