  • Image via Wikipedia This is a clear attempt to smear Julian Assange. This video is 11+ minutes in run time and from the very first few seconds and minutes, the anchor tries to say things from a perspective that make it sound like something completely horrible has happened. Greenwald is the only one in this interview that has any sense. He speaks from a level platform and his argument seems unbiased, unlike CNN and the contributor. It’s fairly obvious that Assange has not been charged with a crime, in anything. He’s wanted for questioning in relation to a sex crime;...

The More The Media Try To Spin The News, The More They Fail

  • So there’s this NEW article about how gas it going to be $5 a gallon in 2012. This is exactly what people need to see. If it’s not bad enough there’s advance notice of a scare coming of gas prices that’s just going to just paralyze people and families to death; how are they going to deal with this? The market is going to be slow for a while. The only think this does is really drive people to work from home, if they can. At five dollars a gallon, and most cars only getting about 25 mpg [thanks car...

  • I find it funny that France can pass a law like this and we can’t. We can’t stand our ground on a single national language.. The same people who have spent billions on a so-called car for what? OIL?! We would rather let people run around with masks on their face and never bee seen to hide in broad daylight behind a bed sheet. Bah!! The law passed by a vote of 246 to 1, with about 100 abstentions coming essentially from left-leaning politicians. The legislation was overwhelmingly approved by the lower house of parliament in July and will go...

  • It’s ever so amusing to know that the people that are reporting the world to us don’t understand a lick of technology. They’re ever so happy to sit in front of a teleprompter and read what is written. Oh, how I’d hate to be an IT Administrator/Consultant working at CNN as they were playing this part. As an ostrich would do; I’d go and find a place to hide my head… On CNN, discussing the attempted Times Square bombing, anchor Don Lemon asked former FBI Assistant Director Tom Fuentes why the area was “blurred out on Google Earth because of...

  • Does everyone remember why the airlines raised their rates? The terror attacks and fuel costs. When the airlines raised their rates to cover the cost of fuel, there was complaint, but no major uproar; everyone was gettin’ screwed there, but honestly did any one ever think they were going to rescind those charges? Hell no. It’s onward and upward for them… And I don’t know anyone that likes to be ‘nickle and dimed’ to death and that’s what they’re doing. They charge for baggage. They charge for a specific seat and they charge for food. They charge for a pillow...
